South Carolina sophomore receiver Jody Fuller will transfer from the program in search of more playing time, according to a Wednesday report from The State.
Fuller, a former four-star prospect, played in only one game last season. He was listed with the Gamecocks' third-team unit entering the spring, buried under the wealth of depth South Carolina boasts at the receiver position.
A Monroe, N.C., native, Fuller caught 68 passes for 825 yards and 11 touchdowns as a senior at Sun Valley High School. He was a 2011 Shrine Bowl selection and played in the 2011 Offense-Defense All-Star Game.
Fuller signed with South Carolina over offers from Miami, North Carolina, Tennessee and Virginia Tech, among others.
