BEAUFORT, S.C. - The South Carolina Ports Authority is selling on old, vacant railroad warehouse in Beaufort for almost $200,000.
The Beaufort Gazette reports the 14,000-square-foot warehouse is located off U.S. 21 on about three-quarters of an acre of land. The site is located between the highway and an old railroad right of way where a walking trail is being developed.
Authority spokeswoman Erin Pabst said she could not release additional details until the sale is completed. She would not say when the sale is expected to close.
