The Glass Onion's sous chef, Johnny Singleton, is now cooking at Edmund's Oast. And over at Neighborhood Dining Group, a pair of promotions has resulted in a change of leadership at Husk: Jennifer Bresnahan, who joined the restaurant as a server, is taking over the role of general manager.
According to a press release, former GM Dan Lattimer will now serve as the citywide operations executive, giving him responsibility for staff at McCrady's, Husk Charleston, No. 5 Faber, "as well as any future projects" (read: the as-yet-unnamed casual Mexican restaurant helmed by Sean Brock.)
