An anonymous donor added $7,000 to the already existing $5,000 reward for information on the case of the shooting death of 18-year-old Malcolm Cornett Jefferson on Forbes Avenue on Oct. 8, 2013.
Jefferson was found in a shed near the home, according to authorities.
The investigation seems to indicate that Jefferson was shot outside the address and ran inside to where a number of people were playing cards, according to Crime Stoppers' Corporal Fred Bowie.
This is the second increase to the reward. It was raised to $5,000 in February.
