The Sisters of Charity Foundation of South Carolina is seeking applicants for its 2014 Leadership Programs, which is geared toward leaders in the nonprofit sector.
The foundation's Nonprofit Leadership Training Certificate Program is designed for nonprofit leaders recognized as having high potential and who are ready to take their leadership to a new level. This certificate program runs for three consecutive semesters from August 2014 through August 2015. Upon completion, participants receive a Certificate in Nonprofit Leadership.
Meanwhile, the foundation's Nonprofit Leadership Development Program is a free program to enhance personal and professional growth among nonprofit leaders across the state.
This year, the development program is offering a new approach. Participants will explore traditional leadership themes through the lens of films that capture the universal human experiences that nonprofit leaders often encounter. The program meets one Thursday a month from August through December 2014.
