Ryan Huiet and Logan Pooser each scored two goals to spark Pinewood Prep as the Panthers opened the SCISA boys soccer playoffs with a 6-0 victory over visiting Heathwood Hall.
Kevin Weber and Hayden Low also scored for Pinewood Prep, which will face the Cardinal Newman/Laurence Manning winner in the Class AAA semifinals on Wednesday.
At Porter-Gaud, the 23-1 Cyclones got goals from four players in a 4-1 win over Ben Lippen to advance to the semifinals, where they will host Hammond on Wednesday.
Jake Spandofer, Aidan Hekker, Coleman Smith and Cameron Ward scored for Porter-Gaud.
