The State Election Commission is reminding voters they must be registered by Saturday to vote in the June 10 Democratic and Republican primaries.
Among the issues you should settle, if applicable, is registering for the first time, updating your address if you've moved, name changes or other relevant information.
"Having an accurate voter record helps ensure a voter's eligibility to vote in an election," said Marci Andino, executive director of the S.C. Election Commission. "It also reduces the potential for delays in the sign-in process at polling places, and that can have a significant impact on wait time for all voters."
You can register or update registration information at scVOTES.org; or at your local county election offices.
