No charges had been filed against a Cross High School teacher who is accused of sexual misconduct with students as of Tuesday night.
"We're just beginning the investigation to determine if the allegations are true," Berkeley County Sheriff's Maj. Rick Ollic said.
The alleged victim of the female teacher listed in the incident report is a 17-year-old boy, but the report also says the teacher has been accused of sexual conduct with other students.
The school district contacted the sheriff's office to investigate. The teacher has been placed on administrative leave during the investigation.
