Hobbit finale 'Battle of the Five Armies'
WELLINGTON, New Zealand - Peter Jackson is tweaking the ending of Bilbo Baggins' journey.
The Oscar-winning director says the original title of "The Hobbit" finale, "There and Back Again," felt misplaced since Baggins arrived at his destination in the second film. He says that title better suited a movie that wrapped up a two-part story instead of a trilogy.
So the final film based on the J.R.R. Tolkien fantasy adventure has being renamed "The Hobbit: The Battle of the Five Armies."
The film, which will premiere in December, stars Martin Freeman as Bilbo Baggins and Benedict Cumberbatch as Smaug the dragon.
Barker to appear on 'Bold and the Beautiful'
NEW YORK - The cause is right for Bob Barker, whose love of animals is returning him to TV on Wednesday as a guest star on "The Bold and the Beautiful."
Appearing as himself, the longtime animal rights activist will be interviewed by Liam Spencer, played by series regular Scott Clifton, for a feature article on control of the pet population.
Barker encourages Liam to visit the local animal shelter and see the work that's being done to save homeless animals.
It's part of a three-day story arc about animal rescue on the long-running CBS soap.
The 90-year-old Barker was host of CBS' "The Price is Right" for 35 years.
'Housewives' star to discuss brawl on 'View'
NEW YORK - ABC's "The View" says it will play host to Porsha Williams, the "Real Housewives of Atlanta" personality who is facing a battery charge after allegedly attacking a fellow cast member during taping of that show.
Williams will break her silence and address the "Housewives" incident when she appears on Tuesday's edition of "The View."
On the "Housewives" reunion special, which was taped in March and aired on Bravo earlier this week, Williams and co-star Kenya Moore became embroiled in a physical confrontation.
