Lisa Valentine has been named chief executive officer of Summerville Medical Center, effective May 1. Previously, she was chief operating officer and interim CEO at Henrico Doctors' Hospital in Richmond, Va. She has a bachelor's degree in physical therapy from the University of Florida-Gainesville and a master's in health administration from Virginia Commonwealth University.
