A man who told police he was robbed at gunpoint during a drug deal on Charleston's East Side was arrested along with the man he said robbed him.
Donnell Dickerson, 27, of Alexander Street was charged with armed robbery,
Jonathan Hamarik, 26, of South Street was charged with possession of marijuana with the intent to distribute.
Hamarik told Charleston police he set up a drug deal with a man, according to police spokesman Charles Francis. The man arrived at Hamarik's residence with two others. Hamarik said he entered the vehicle and one of the passengers pulled out a handgun and took his marijuana, wallet and IPhone.
Anyone with more information about this incident is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 554-1111.
