Savannah Highway at the intersection of Bees Ferry Road will be closed at night this week.
From 8 p.m. to 5 a.m. Sunday, crews will be working on asphalt paving and shoulder widening. The work will start at 9 p.m. Monday through Friday and should be completed Friday, depending on the weather.
The project, which is expected to be completed in June, is to make improvements to the entire 4.5-mile length of Bees Ferry Road from Savannah Highway to Ashley River Road.
