The Bank of South Carolina Corp. has declared a quarterly cash dividend of 13 cents a share.
It's payable April 30 to shareholders of record April 8.
CEO Fleetwood S. Hassell said the Charleston-based community lender "continues to meet its earnings plan" for 2014.
The Bank of South Carolina has offices on the peninsula, Mount Pleasant, Summerville and West Ashley. It has announced plans to expand to the North Charleston-Ladson area with its fifth branch. The bank recently marked the 27th anniverisary of its opening.
Shares of the company were down 8 cents to $14.62 today.
