The Charleston Trident Association of Realtors is moving into the Centre Pointe area near Tanger Outlets in North Charleston, officials said.
The local Realtor group is planned to occupy a 9,250-square-foot space in a single-story building at 5006 Wetland Crossing Drive. Construction is expected to be completed by July, officials said.
The Realtor association is moving from its current home within the S.C. Research Authority campus on International Boulevard. The property was purchased by Boeing Co. as part of its continued growth in the Lowcountry.
The association was founded in 1907 and has about 3,900 members.
