The Charleston Metro Chamber of Commerce will offer a sneak preview for its new Catalyst Center for entrepreneurs from 5:30-7:30 p.m. today.
Expected to open this summer, the center dedicates space for entrepreneurs with specific programming for high-impact/scalable businesses.
Featured speaker Scott Moody, co-founder and CEO of K4Connect, will share lessons learned on his entrepreneurial journey. Prior to K4Connect, Moody was the co-founder and CEO of AuthenTec, which was acquired by Apple in 2012 and became the basis for Touch ID.
The sneak preview will also showcase four entrepreneur pitches from the first cohort of the Harbor Accelerator.
The event will be in the chamber board room at 4500 Leeds Ave. in North Charleston.
