An arrest has been made after reported a man exposing himself twice this week.
Bryan L. Mack, 36, of Rutledge Avenue, was arrested Tuesday and charged with felony indecent exposure, congregating for an unlawful purpose and assault on a police officer. He was being held Wednesday in the Charleston County jail on $20,262 bail.
Police were called to Rutledge Avenue about 7:45 a.m. Monday to check out a complaint of a man exposing himself in front of Ashley Hall school, according to an incident report. Officers were called back to the area at 7:18 a.m. Tuesday to check out a report of a man exposing himself on a sidewalk across from the school. An officer spotted a man later identified as Mack and caught him after a brief foot chase, according to the report.
Mack was the man who exposed himself in front of the school Monday and Tuesday, according to arrest affidavits.
