SPARTANBURG, S.C. -- Spartanburg police say four people have been arrested in the shooting death of a man in November.
Thirty-four-year-old Eric Lamont Owens of Spartanburg has been arrested and charged with murder and possession of a weapon during a violent crime.
Owens is accused of shooting 31-year-old Stanley Earl Jones with a shotgun during a drive-by shooting November 12 after an argument about a woman.
Capt. Regina Nowak says police have not recovered the gun.
Two other people have been charged with being accessories after a felony. They are 29-year-old Derrick Leigh White and 25-year-old Shaina Mae Wallace, both of Spartanburg.
Wallace also is charged with obstruction of justice, as is 21-year-old Darien Blaine Seay of Greer.
It was not clear if the group have attorneys.
