A freeze watch will go into effect late tonight and is expected to last through Friday morning, the National Weather Service reports.
Sunny skies are expected for the Lowcountry today with highs in the mid 50s and lows around 30, according to the Weather Service. Scattered frost is expected after midnight with wind gusts up to 30 mph.
Friday: Scattered frost is expected in the morning with sunny skies by the afternoon. Highs will be around 60 with lows in the upper 40s. Winds will reach up to 10 mph.
Saturday: Mostly cloudy skies are expected with a slight chance of showers in the afternoon. Highs will be around 70 with lows in the mid 50s. Winds will reach up to 10 mph.
