Expect mostly sunny skies Thursday, with a high near 75 in Charleston and near 81 degrees in Summerville and Moncks Corner, according to the National Weather Service.
Also expect a light breeze from the south. Fog along the coast could make for hazardous conditions for boaters in the early morning.
A low of around 60 degrees in Charleston as well as Summerville and Moncks Corner is predicted for Thursday night. Friday's high in all three areas is expected to be around 70 degrees.
A quarter to half an inch of rain is possible Friday - a 60 percent chance during the day and 20 percent at night - with a slightly higher chance for night showers in Charleston, according to the weather service.
