An online business that sells coffee and brewing equipment has opened in the City of Charleston's Flagship2 incubator.
Founder Samuel Mylrea announced the launch of CoffeeKind.com today, according to the Charleston Digital Corridor.
The electronic-commerce company said it "offers a platform for the complete coffee experience, featuring artisan roasters, curated brewing equipment and informative resources for everyone from the casual coffee drinker to the avid aficionado."
Mylrea added that "there's a rapidly growing population that wants to know more about the personalities and practices behind coffee."
The site features a different roaster every week. It also offers a "Reading Room" section with news and other information about the coffee industry.
The city's Flagship2 on Alexander Street offers temporary space to startup firms. It targets businesses in the high-tech and creative industries.
