South Carolina Stingrays fall to Orlando, 2-1

- South Carolina forward Scott Campbell registered his 10th goal of the season, but the Stingrays closed out a three-game road trip with a 2-1 loss to Orlando on Thursday night.

Campbell broke the scoreless tie 2:14 into the second period, catching a pass from forward Peter Boyd and lifting a snapshot over the glove of Solar Bears (26-16-1-2) goaltender Tyler Beskorowany.

The Stingrays (30-13-1-3) return to the North Charleston Coliseum on Sunday for a 3 p.m. game against Florida.
