State police have released the trooper camcorder tape when Robert St. Onge, the former director of transportation, fails a field sobriety test and is arrested for a DUI, the AP reports. A trooper had pulled him over for swerving between lines, he says in the video. St. Onge immediately resigned his post after the arrest on Friday.
"This is my last day at work," St. Onge says after being handcuffed and place in the trooper's passenger seat. "Ain't no doubt about it."
