GREENVILLE, S.C. -- Skeletal remains found in Greenville County have been identified as those of a man reported missing in 2005.
Coroner Parks Evans said Monday that the remains are those of Marcel Allen Davis, who was 25 years old when he disappeared.
Evans says investigators have not determined how Davis died.
Sheriff's deputies say they got a call Thursday after someone discovered the bones in some woods. Authorities are still investigating. Officials say the remains were scattered.
