S.C. Highway Patrol is working a wreck that's stalling eastbound traffic on Interstate 26 this morning.

According to Highway Patrol, the wreck was reported shortly after 8 a.m. near the 201 mile marker. The marker is near Royle Road in Berkeley County.

Injuries were reported in the incident, Highway Patrol said.

The left lanes are blocked while emergency crews work the wreck, state Department of Transportation traffic cameras show.
