POSITION: Safety. YEAR: Senior
HEIGHT: 5-11. WEIGHT: 210.
2013: Phillips, from Garland, Texas, was second on the Longhorns with 75 tackles this season. He had two tackles for loss, intercepted two passes and recovered a fumble. He had a game-high nine tackles against Oklahoma and a career-best 11 tackles and an interception against West Virginia. CBSSports.com has him as the No. 19 strong safety in the upcoming NFL draft.
