A woman who disappeared overnight from her home in Charleston has been found, police say.
Patricia Hinkson, 69, of Ashley Avenue, has diabetes and advanced dementia, Charleston police spokesman Charles Francis said. Hinkson's sister noticed around midnight that the woman was missing from her home, Francis said.
A man spotted Hinkson on Devareaux Street and alerted authorities, Francis said. She is now in the care of family members.
