SPARTANBURG, S.C. -- Texas Gov. Rick Perry is returning to this early presidential primary state to help raise money for the South Carolina Republican Party.

Perry is the guest speaker at a GOP reception and dinner Tuesday at the Spartanburg Expo Center.

According to the invitation, tickets to the dinner and reception, plus a photo with Perry costs $250 per person.

On Wednesday, Perry is raising money at a lunch in Greenville for the Blue Ridge Council of the Boy Scouts of America. Perry is an Eagle Scout.

Perry hasn’t ruled out a second run for president in 2016.

He was among three Republican governors who attended a public rally and fundraiser for South Carolina Gov. Nikki Haley in August as she officially launched her re-election bid in the ultra-conservative Upstate.
