A man fought fire with fire during an argument with his ex-girlfriend in Charleston on Sunday, according to police.
Yolanda Bing, 40, and Antonio President, 41, were charged with third-degree arson.
The pair were arguing inside Bing’s Logan Street home, when Bing set President’s shirt on fire after he refused to leave, according to an incident report.
President then sprayed Bing’s bed with lighter fluid and ignited it, the report stated.
The house caught fire and sustained major smoke, fire and water damage, totaling about $15,000 in damage, police said.
No one was injured, according to authorities.
