Visitors to the Holiday Festival of Lights at James Island County Park can get $5 off if they donate a can of food to the Lowcountry Food Bank when driving into the park.
Admission is normally $15 a car for up to 15 passengers. The discount is valid from 5:30 to 10 p.m. Monday through Thursday.
It’s not valid Friday, Saturday and Sunday. It’s also not valid for vehicles with more than 15 passengers, who pay a higher admission price.
The three-mile driving tour includes more than 750 displays. The festival also features an enchanted forest walking trail, marshmallow roasts, train and carousel rides, rides, a 50-ton sand sculpture, gingerbread houses and other attractions.
