“My family's favorite Thanksgiving pie. It is so delicious and so easy to make.”


3 egg whites

cup sugar

teaspoon cream of tartar

24 Ritz crackers, finely crushed

cup chopped pecans


Beat egg whites until stiff and add sugar and cream of tartar. Fold in crackers and pecans. Pour into lightly greased pie pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Serve cool, with a dollop of whipped cream or nondairy whipped topping.
