“This is one of my favorite Thanksgiving dishes.”
2 sticks unsalted butter, softened
2 sleeves of Ritz crackers, crumbled
4 (10-ounce) packages frozen chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
8 ounces Velveeta cheese, cubed
Mix softened butter and Ritz crackers together. Add cooked and drained chopped broccoli and cubed cheese and mix. Place in a greased casserole dish and bake in oven at 350 degrees for ½ hour or until golden brown.
