Charleston Southern’s football team slipped four spots to No. 16 in the latest FCS Coaches Poll after the Bucs’ 27-10 loss at Gardner-Webb.

CSU (10-2) finishes out the regular season at home Saturday against Liberty, with a share of the Big South Conference and an automatic bid to the 24-team FCS playoffs on the line.

Coastal Carolina (10-1) rose two spots to No. 7 with a 46-13 win over Presbyterian.

From the Southern Conference, Chattanooga (8-3) fell three spots to No. 21 after a 17-14, overtime loss to Samford. That win got Samford (7-3) back into the poll at No. 23.
