Charleston police make arrest after woman says man exposed himself on Liberty Street

Police charge man with indecent exposure


A College of Charleston senior told Charleston police she was walking to class on Liberty Street one morning last week when a man exposed himself to her.

Police made an arrest Wednesday morning. Nicholas Wayman Ingram, 27, of Londonderry Road in Goose Creek, was charged with indecent exposure.

The student told police she was walking to class around 7 Liberty St. about 9 a.m. last Thursday when she saw the man, according to the incident report.
