The Lowcountry’s home sales report for October is being delayed, officials said.
The Charleston Trident Association of Realtors has changed today’s release date to Nov. 18 due to staff attending the National Association of Realtors annual conference in California, according to association spokeswoman Meghan Byrnes Weinreich.
Last month, the local Realtor group reported that 9,861 homes have changed hands in the tri-county region through September at a median price of $209,000. Volume is up 25 percent and the median figure is up 10 percent from the first nine months last year.
