Did you feel it?
According to the U.S. Geological Survey, a 1.9-magnitude earthquake rumbled beneath the Ladson and Summerville areas early Sunday.
The earthquake occurred at 1:07 a.m (6:07 UTC) about 3 miles south-southwest of Ladson and 5 miles south-southeast of Summerville.
Small earthquakes aren’t uncommon in that area but experts say they’re not indicative that a larger earthquake will occur.
