Charleston firefighters briefly closed Lockwood Drive today for a report of a gas leak at 35 Lockwood Drive.
They had closed Lockwood Drive between Bee Street and the James Island Connector while SCE&G officials were at the scene.
Just before 2 p.m., firefighters said the leak was secured and fire apparatus were leaving the area.
