Amber Alert canceled after 2-year-old Simpsonville boy found safe

Authorities are looking for Wbernel Perez, 35, who was driving a black 2010 Elantra with license number HLX-732.

An Amber Alert was canceled Sunday night after a 2-year-old Simpsonville boy was found safe by authorities.

The child was taken from 729 S.E. Main St. in Simpsonville and was believed to be in danger, according to the State Law Enforcement Division.

Authorities believe Justin was with Wbernel Perez, 35. Perez was still at-large Sunday night, authorities said.

Perez is described as 5 feet 6 inches tall, with brown or black hair and brown eyes, weighing 140 pounds.
