The Post and Courier is planning a special section to publish in print and online on Nov. 13.
It will be chock-full of recipes from some of the area’s top chefs and bakers, including how-to videos, as well as favorites from the folks who grow our food: Lowcountry farmers.
James Beard Award-winning cookbook author Nathalie Dupree will share her expertise on planning, shopping for and executing the most anticipated family meal of the year.
My Charleston Thanksgiving also will guide you through roasting and carving the big bird, making gravy and cranberry sauce and offer tips from local sommeliers for choosing a good wine for the holiday.
But there’s more: We’re inviting you to be a part of My Charleston Thanksgiving.
Please share one of your treasured recipes, be it for turkey, dressing, a vegetable dish or casserole, or bread or dessert such as pie.
We’ll publish as many as possible in print and all of them in a special online edition.
