Shots fired in North Charleston, but police find no shooter or victim
Shortly after 2:30 p.m. North Charleston police responded to the 1900 block of Graham Street to check out a report of gunfire.
A witness told police she heard the shots and saw a man with a pistol firing in the direction of Graham Street and then fleeing on foot, police spokesman Spencer Pryor said.
The witness also saw a burgundy Oldsmobile leaving the area with a black man shooting at a black man on a bicycle, Pryor said.
The shooter on the street was described as a thin black man wearing a white T-shirt and short hair, Pryor said.
Officers did not locate any property damage, a suspect or a victim, he said.
