JACOBS, Terry Allen, 65, of Charleston, a retired landscaper, died Tuesday. Arrangements by Stuhr’s Downtown Chapel.

SCOTT, Thomas Jefferson Jr., 72, of Goose Creek, an Air Force veteran, S.C. Department of Motor Vehicles retiree, former employee of the S.C. Highway Patrol and husband of Sylvia B. Scott, died Tuesday. Arrangements by Carolina Memorial Funeral Home of North Charleston.
