A man was pepper sprayed after he and his brother disovered the woman they were invited to have sex with was actually a man, according to police.
A 28-year-old North Charleston man told police he and his brother, who were living in an Economy Inn motel room on Rivers Avenue, were visited by another hotel guest, who told them to come by their room for sex on Sunday around 5 a.m., the report stated. When the brothers arrived in the hotel guests’ room, they discovered “the females were actually males,” according to the incident report.
The brothers got into a verbal argument with the suspect, Derrick Stuckey, who pepper-sprayed one of the brothers’ face, the report stated.
Stuckey, 23, of Birdie Garrett Street in Charleston, was charged with third-degree assault and battery.
