Police arrested a man they said broke into a Savannah Highway business last week.

Antonio Illya Pinckney, 46, of East Estates Boulevard, was charged with second-degree burglary and property crime enhancement.

Charleston police said Pinckney threw a large piece of concrete through the front glass door of the Family Dollar at 2049 Savannah Highway on Aug. 15 at 12:45 a.m. He stole two packages of t-shirts and a CD player, police said.
