About 2,000 WRSI Moment and Trident models whitewater kayaking and rafting helmets. They have a black chinstrap with a black plastic buckle and were sold in sizes S/M and M/L March 2012-November 2012.
The chinstrap buckle can fail, posing a head injury hazard to users. There have been 10 incidents of chinstrap failures.

About 10,000 3M Filtrete room air purifiers. The two recalled models are Ultra Quiet, number FAP00-RS, and Maximum Allergen, number FAP00-L, which was sold only at Lowe’s stores. The serial numbers begin with E, F, G, H, I or J and the model and serial numbers are on the bottom of the product. The FAP00-RS model was sold November 2008 through January 2013, and the FAP00-L model was sold from last October through January.
The ion generator in the air purifiers can overheat, posing a fire hazard. There have been two incident reports, including an air purifier overheating and another of an internal room air purifier filter catching fire.

About 1,100 BabyHome SA Eat model high chairs in red, black, green, purple, navy, orange and brown. The model number BH2104 is on a label on the back. “Babyhome” is printed on one leg and the word “eat” is printed on the opposite leg. The chairs have a nylon fabric seat with a plastic tray and metal frame. There is a printed white “babyhome” logo shaped like a backward letter “h” on the seatback.
Recalled chairs have lot numbers: BH00301/01-2012, BH00303/07-2012, BH00304/09-2012 and BH00304/09-2012. The numbers are on a sticker on the bottom of the footrest. They were sold March 2012 through February.
The front opening between the tray and seat bottom of the high chair can allow a child’s body to pass through and become entrapped at the neck. This poses a strangulation hazard to young children when the child is not harnessed.

About 830 iCandy World Ltd. Cherry model strollers. Includes the iCandy Cherry stroller only in the colors Fudge and Liquorice. They were sold October 2009-December 2012 and include: batch number U10001169 with serial numbers 1 to 500; batch U10002 with serials 501 to 1000; batch U10014 with serials 1001 to 1500; and batch U10013 with serials 1501 to 2000. The opening between the bumper bar and seat bottom of stroller can allow an infant’s body to pass through and become entrapped, posing a strangulation hazard when a child is not harnessed.
