LUBELSKY, Joseph Jr., 86, of Isle of Palms, a Coast Guard veteran, retired food service director with Baker Hospital, owner-operator of the Target Drive-In and Barbara Ann restaurants and widower of Barbara Ann Buck Lubelsky, died Sunday. Arrangements by Stuhr’s Mount Pleasant Chapel.
