Another arrest has been made after a fatal brawl at a North Charleston bike-gear shop last month.
Derryl Gadson was arrested Monday night and charged with second-degree assault and battery by mob, North Charleston Police Department spokesman Spencer Pryor.
Police did not release Gadson’s address Monday night. Jail records list him as 49 years old. He was being held in the Charleston County jail, with a bond hearing set for Tuesday.
Gadson was the third person arrested after three men were shot to death June 29 outside Cycle Gear on Dorchester Road. Investigators called it a clash between two motorcycle clubs.
The victims were identified as Theodore Waymyers Jr., 36, of Summerville and Maurice Horry, 41, and Carlos Davis, 39, both of Columbia.
Two arrests were made the next day. Ronald Reid, 43, of Summerville was charged with murder. Barry Stinson, 32, of Charlotte was charged with second-degree lynching by mob.
