Three vehicles were damaged but no one was wounded when gunfire erupted outside a club on Ashley Phosphate Road early Friday, North Charleston police said.
Officers were called to Blue Magic, 5101 Ashley Phosphate Road, after gunshots were reported at 1:50 a.m.
A witness told police a fight broke out near a pool table inside the bar and that gunfire erupted after the fight moved to the parking lot, according to an incident report. Three vehicles were damaged by stray bullets but the occupants were not injured, police said.
Officers found numerous shell casings littering the parking lot.
Investigators are still working to identify the gunman.
