Garbage truck explosion in Georgia hurts worker

MARIETTA, Ga. -- An explosion inside a garbage truck in Marietta has injured two workers.

Police officials told WAGA-TV that a family threw out oxygen tanks belonging to a deceased relative.

When a garbage truck crushed the tanks on Friday morning, the tanks exploded.

One worker suffered a cut to his face, while a second sustained serious eye injuries. The names of the victims have not been released.
