Walterboro police are searching for suspects in two burglaries that happened over the weekend.
On Sunday, a 33-year-old woman told officers that someone stole $3,000 in cash from her apartment at 601 Green Pond Highway.
The woman returned to her home and found a back window broken and the money gone, police said.
A suspect has not been identified in the burglary and the case remains under investigation, police said.
Another woman told officers that someone stole about $1,600 worth of electronics from her Hampton Street home on that same day.
Someone entered the home through a bathroom window and stole a laptop, cell phone, Xbox and several Xbox games, police said.
That case also remains under investigation, police said.
