Police arrest Charleston man in connection with break-in on Rose Lane

A Charleston man is accused of stealing a television from a downtown house last month.

The TV was reported stolen May 21 from a house on Rose Lane, which is in the area between King and Spring streets and the Crosstown.

Quantero Phillips, 19, of Vine Street, was arrested Wednesday and charged with second-degree burglary, according to police records.

Phillips was being held in the Charleston County jail Thursday.
