Eight students who attend Barling School, a private academy in Madrid, Spain, will be visiting Charleston from June 28-July 25 to refine their English skills before taking the English proficiency exam in Spain.
A Charleston County high school Spanish teacher is looking for homes to place these young women, ages 14-16, while they participate in English classes and excursions around the Charleston area. Classes will be held at Seacoast Church on Long Point Drive. Host family responsibilities include room and transportation. Carpooling can be arranged.
Interested families can contact Jennie de Diago at 830-9961 or via email at email@example.com.
